It all began in El Paso, where our paths first crossed. Cody was stationed there in the Army, and I (Veronica) was curious about new horizons. One evening at a neighborhood dive bar, we spent hours cracking riddles on Lone Star bottle caps, proving to ourselves that working together, we could solve just about anything.

The world shifted with COVID, and so did we. Stationed in Augusta, GA, we found ourselves dreaming up possibilities over dinners. Those late-night brainstorms, born out of uncertainty, taught us how to pivot, learn quickly, and find opportunity in any challenge.

When we said “I do,” we were uniting as partners in life and also as teammates determined to shape our ambitions. We realized that together, we could transform scattered ideas into something meaningful.

A move to Colorado Springs opened a new chapter. We turned our Georgia home into a highly-ranked Airbnb, mastering the platform’s algorithms, digging into online communities, and refining our marketing instincts. By the time our listing hit the top 3 in the city, we understood the power of strategy, consistency, and genuine care.

All those lessons, from cracking bottle-cap puzzles to thriving in uncertain times, culminated in Major’s Marketing. Now, we channel that same scrappy spirit, dedication, and learner’s mindset to help home service businesses grow.
